BIONIC HYDRO SDN BHD (BHSB) is a special purpose vehicle established in April 2012 to undertake renewable technology and engineering, project deployment & management activities in order to bring the BIONIC GROUP to the next level in the agricultural industry in Malaysia and the region. BHSB was incorporated on 2nd April, 2012, formally known as Bionic Agro Sd. Bhd. as a platform for the Group to expand into value added services on project implementation using latest renewable technological that include Hydro, Solar, Biomass and Biogas system design and engineering.
